What is included in my website?+
A bespoke vacation rental website with mobile-first design, property storytelling, photography presentation, a direct inquiry form, and a search-ready SEO and AIO foundation. Hosting and ongoing updates are included according to your chosen payment option.
What are SEO and AIO?+
SEO (search engine optimization) helps search engines understand your property and pages. AIO (AI optimization) makes your information clearer for AI-powered search and recommendations. We focus on useful content, site structure, and technical foundations; rankings and bookings are never guaranteed.
What do you need from me?+
Your property details, existing photography, and a sense of what makes the stay special. If you already have a website, send it along too. We’ll discuss what is available and what your new website needs before starting.
Can guests book directly through the site?+
Guests can inquire directly through your website without an OTA commission. If you need live availability, online payments, or integration with a booking system, we’ll discuss those requirements and any additional third-party costs before agreeing the scope.
What happens after the included period?+
After the first 12 months on the upfront plan, or after the 17 monthly payments on the installment plan, hosting and ongoing updates are $25 USD per month.
How long does the process take?+
Timing depends on your property, the content you have ready, and the agreed scope. We’ll give you a clear timeline after our first conversation—before you commit.
